  • 1.  Is there a way to assign a WebRTC phone a DID number?

    I searched the Help section and looked through my WebRTC phone settings but can't find a way to assign a DID to my WebRTC phone.  Is this possible if so please direct me to the correct configurations, thx.

    This would be set against the person, not the phone for WebRTC.

    As Vaun said, WebRTC phones are associated with specific users (as opposed to other station types, which are associated with specific hardware.)

    Since the WebRTC "phone" doesn't really exist unless the user is logged in, there is not benefit to giving it a DID. Just give it to the user.

    thank you for the reply.  If a DID is assigned to a user, what will happen if a phone call lands to that DID but there is no WebRTC or desk phone assigned to the profile. Will it go straight to voicemail?
