There are some answers here:
https://help.mypurecloud.com/faq_categories/edge-remote-survivability/Several things come to mind regarding what will not work, but this is only a partial list:
- Any prompts or languages that have not been used recently (last half hour or so) will not be cached on the edge, and will not work
- Anything that requires communication with the cloud will not work, such as:
- Data Actions
- Data Table lookups
- Bridge actions
- Lex Bot actions
- Probably any of the Find actions
