    Hi everyone,

    I would like a suggestion on how to customize a ScreePop Action, based on a object ID I already acquired in a data action(IVR Chat).

    To meet the customer's need, he wants the "Case" object to open after the return of the Webservice with the "Case ID". The interaction is of the Chat type, so it is not possible to use SearchValue or URLpop. Would anyone have any suggestions?
