  • 1.  Using Email.Message.autoGenerate in email flow

    Posted 10-11-2019 10:15

    Hello
have anyone been using built in variable Email.Message.autoGenerate in Email flows?

as described it is set on true "Whether the email was generated automatically; for example, an out-of-office reply. "

But I was testing, create a switch/case in Email flow, but that do not go go through that switch although the email message was auto-generated.
I have opened the case in support but no reply so far

    Is there anything
specific that should be set, or there are some limitation for using this variable in the flow or anything else?

    Thanks

Auto Generated Mail was forwarded to queue although should not be

Here's how we currently determine if an email is auto generated: We first check the auto-submitted header. If it has a value that's not "No", then we mark the email as auto generated. Then, we check the Precedence header. If that has a value of "bulk" or "junk", then we mark the email as auto generated. Then, we look for an X-Autoreply header. If that's set to "yes," then we mark the email as auto generated.

Submitting a support ticket is good. It's possible there's an issue with the flow itself or it's possible there's something else we need to check to make sure we mark the email as auto generated.
