Yes I have used it for many customers and the carriers.
Go to the "External Trunk Configuration" in the Trunk and "General.
Enable "Asserted Identity" and then enter the authorized number in the URI field, such as +441234567891
This will then always send that value as the PAI on an outbound call

What do you need to achieve with that? Try using the Static User Data section under the Protocol section of the trunk.
