  • 1.  Reporting on agents deactivating queues

    Hi All,

    We use the purecloud system in my work, I am one of the supervisors.

    We have certain daily tasks in which the agents can activate/deactivate queues on there own, is there any reporting tool for this?

    I don't know of a way to report on that easily.

    Hi Matthew,

    That's currently not supported today but I'd recommend adding an Idea for that so our Product Management team can track it.

    You could add this as an idea in the PureCloud Product Ideas Lab. 

    To access the Product Ideas Lab and add your idea:

    1. Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network.
    2. In the Product Ideas Lab tile, click Browse and Submit Ideas.
    3. From the Product Ideas Lab site, click Add a Product Idea. You can also view and vote for existing ideas.
