  • 1.  User search based on ID.

    Hi there, 

    I have a few user's unique ID on hand (eg. 9bd8fb0e-1b09-42f9-bc78-f42d09146f19)

    However, I can't find the https://apps.mypurecloud.jp/directory/#/admin/directory/peopleV2/9bd8fb0e-1b09-42f9-bc78-f42d09146f19/roles

    counterpart. I think that this user has been deleted, is there a way to find this user's name, other than restoring all the deleted agents ( I have 300+), find the associated users that I need, then delete them again.?

    Have you tried https://developer.mypurecloud.jp/developer-tools/#/search-query-builder and searching by the id field? I don't know if that will return deleted users.

    Hi Jin,

    You can use the API to search for deleted users with the ID´s you have.
