Pairing Orgs

    Good day,
    is it possible when pairing Orgs to have phone and chat Icons?
    1. Org 1 is our Lab Org
    2. Org 2 is customer Org
    i am able to login to Org 1 and access Org 2 but i do not have all the available options like chat groups and more important the phone Icon, this would be required to dial DID numbers to test Call Flows.

    in order to avoid license usage, i would like to connect to customer Org via our Lab Org but would need all functionality

    We have made enhancements to Authorized Orgs that will allow you to perform user tasks to facilitate troubleshooting. These capabilities are currently in beta and include capabilities such as non ACD calling, ACD calling, other ACD integrations (Chat/Callback/SMS/Social), chat, etc.

    This should be released soon. Exact timing will depend upon implementation of any enhancements/changes identified through the beta feedback.
