  • 1.  Billing API

    Hello,

    I am using the below billing API to query billed usages per hour. I am having difficult where if I run a query for the last hour it does not populate any information however when i run it for the full day for the previous day it returns a value.

    The hourly query works for our lab system so not sure why it does not work for our Prod and customer systems.

    'https://api.mypurecloud.com/api/v2/billing/reports/billableusage'

    any help will be appreciated.
