Hello everyone,

I am creating an IVR for a company. 
I need to collect an input from the user. User must input only 1 o *. If 1 is selected then the system must ask to enter a 4 digit number.
If user inputs * then an audio files must be reproduced. This needs to be done under the reusable task in Architect. 
Can anyone help me with that?

This can be easily done in a Bot Flow with validation and/or slot fulfilment.  If you only want DTMF, then use the Collect Input and adjust the number of digits then use a decision to see what was entered.
