from your experience, it's possible to manipulate presentation number for intracall between purecloud agent?
I.e., customer asks to remove all the character from @ .
We try to change the network rule as is:
^([^@\:]+@)([^@ ]+)?$
sip:$1
the rule is only internal.
But it seems doesn't work.
Someone has an idea about it?
