    Hello everyone

    We are migrating Genesys Cloud on-prem edges to Genesys Cloud (Cloud edges) with BYOC.

    We have a few unmanaged yealink phones that currently work on Prem Edge but not on cloud edges.

    I am wondering if anyone have setup a yealink or any other unmanaged phones with BYOC Geensys Cloud (Cloud edges)?

    any help will be appreciated.

    Unmanaged phones are not supported with BYOC Cloud because only managed phones that support mutual TLS are allowed.  Additionally besides support for mutual TLS, the phones must have an embedded factory certificates.  Details are provided here:
