Over the last 20 years, John has authored, co-authored, and been a technical reviewer for several Java-based technology books and industry publications
This power duo is the force behind the Genesys Cloud CLI, CX as Code, Developer Blueprints, and a slew of solutions geared to customers who build on or integrate with our platform.
