Salesforce Campaign has been reconciled but not the campaign members

  • 1.  Salesforce Campaign has been reconciled but not the campaign members

    With the Genesys Cloud managed package in salesforce, we can see the campaign reconciled after the campaign ended, but the campaign members who have received calls via the campaign, not being checked with the "Reconciled Result" checkbox.

    Where should I start to troubleshoot this?
