Has anyone found a way to send a report on daily basis (not canned, but interactions) to ftp/sftp drive.

First, you just start moving away from Canned Reports in the Reports menu going forward.  That is a left-over artifact from the past.  All reporting should be done in the Views and it has the ability to schedule and Email out the report automatically on any schedule you choose.  Writing to a file is not possible, but you can use the API to export a report and then write it to a file location.  I would hope to see some file manipulation in Genesys Cloud sometime soon, but we will have to see.

Robert, thanks for this!  my developer had a quick follow up:  assuming you mean use everything under performance and don't use canned reports...that is our direction.  However, we were looking for the api to export and couldn't exactly find...we found this, any insight if this is only way:

Yeah, I played around with that API.  Yes, it is user-context.  What I suspect you will need to do is find the report you want, share with a "report" user and then use that user's credentials to export the report.  There is not really good explanation of that API either.

You might look at this:  Export Analytics Data - Genesys Cloud Developer Forum
    Or
Using /api/v2/analytics/reporting/exports - Analytics and Reporting - Genesys Cloud Developer Forum
