i know this is still in the pipeline but just need to check if anyone has found a workaround.

i have a request from a customer to be able to send out bulk emails to customers.

i have looked at all options currently available, a Survey (Not sure how to trigger and get customer email), 

Any ideas or suggestions on how i could achieve this?

Another hurry up and wait situation.  We are all waiting for agentless email API's that will enable email campaigns.  While we have emulated this with a voice campaign calling a Twilio API, it will be much better when all baked into Genesys Cloud.  Hopefully late Q3 if all goes as planned.  Roadmap next week should have some newer information.    As for the Surveys, it works best when you use External Contacts, but a data dip will do just as well to get the Email before passing to the agent.
