Hi all,
Our customer would like to add Genesys Cloud Email Routing to their Org.
Till now they were using Outlook to receive and answer their customer requests, with the Outlook Add-On "Ablebits" for Email templates and some other features.
They would like to import those Email templates as "canned responses" to their Genesys Cloud Org.
Has anybody done this before?
