Good Afternoon Everyone,
We are looking at running a trial of SMS communication with our customer's through Genesys Purecloud and wondered whether any current users had any advice or feedback of it's use. Benefits, pitfalls or anything at all would be welcome as information on this matter.
(As a company we would be using it as a means of confirmation of status for currently open technical cases, be it a confirmation of closure or request of when a technician will attend etc.)
