SMS and Voice on the same number is on the books, but not on the release road map yet.

We have a client that is very interested in moving over to Purecloud. The only big issue is that they currently have 1 phone number that customers can either call or text to contact them. We were originally told that this would be supported by Purecloud, but after some back and forth were told this wasn't the case. I just wanted to check with the powers that be (In George We Trust) to see if they can think of any workarounds.
We really would like to avoid existing customers sending a SMS message and it going into a black hole.
