Not really. Best way now is to use a data action to update the contact in the list. You would use /api/v2/outbound/contactlists/{contactListId}/contacts/{contactId} with the contact ID you can read in from script. Only issue I found is that you have to update ALL the custom fields, so that means you can't just update the one field, but update all of them with the new information.
The other option is a Wrap-up rule to update a column with information. This is good when there is static changes, but not if it comes from user input.

I'm setting up an agentless outbound campaign and I need to update some fields in the List as each call progresses.
I know agents can do this manually via the script if it were an agent call (in any other dialling mode), but I can't see how to do this in agentless mode.
I can get data from the list but can't send it back - is there a trick here?
