We've released Beta support for Long Codes (10 digit numbers) in Outbound SMS Campaigns and we're looking for customers who'd like to start using this feature. There are a couple caveats to mention:
1.
Due to carrier restrictions, Genesys Cloud can only support Long Codes in Outbound SMS campaigns in countries outside of North America. Countries within North America must use a short code in Outbound SMS campaigns.2.
