  • 1.  Long Code support for SMS Campaigns - Looking for Beta Users

    We've released Beta support for Long Codes (10 digit numbers) in Outbound SMS Campaigns and we're looking for customers who'd like to start using this feature.  There are a couple caveats to mention:

    1. Due to carrier restrictions, Genesys Cloud can only support Long Codes in Outbound SMS campaigns in countries outside of North America. Countries within North America must use a short code in Outbound SMS campaigns.

    2. Delivery receipts are not supported in this Beta release.
