    Hello everyone

    would anyone know if its possible to have purecloud automatically or manually (via script) send an email to an external participant?

    Ideally would like the Conversation ID, Agent Name and Time and date of the call.

    Currently, there is no disconnect action.  What is used is a "Disconnect" button on the script that runs a secure IVR to do what you want (send Email in your case) then disconnects the interaction.

    Not with the current API, but it will be out when they start work on Email campaigns.  We have to use a web service to another provider to send it out.  Lately I have used a PowerApp with Power Automate from Microsoft.
