    Hello,

    It is possible to have more than one ring if a callback is delivered to an agent.

    The customer complains that one ring is not enough.

    The Callback alerts need a lot of improvements so that agents are more aware of the interactions and the next steps they need to take.

    I made a support request. They don't have a solution yet. But they give me a idea CLOUT-I-102 to vote.
