Hi All -
When the content of a dashboard widget changes, the viewer will often lose visibility of the widget, with an "insufficient permissions" error.
A good example is when an Agent is deleted or moved to a different Division, then the Agent List widget is not available.
In the case above, the obvious fix is to remove the Agent from the list *before* making the back-end change. However, in 'Customer land', this often does not happen as it may be handled by different people / departments.
Any other workable suggestions?
