Voicemail to email issue

    Hello All,

    May I please ask for your help with the voicemail to email functionality in PureCloud?

    As shown below, the time in the email is in UTC time, is there any way to change it to local time when PureCloud sends the email to end user please?

    I haven't seen an option to change this.

    When you go to PureCloud and check your inbox, the messages are in your local time.
