Just FYI, i opened up a ticket and got the following response:
"Unfortunately these are programmed at the base level and currently there is no way to remove them. I would suggest doing a search in the ideas portal and vote on several ideas like this so that they will be considered by product management to include as a feature to the product. I know there are several ideas already created about voice mail prompts and how customers would like to have more control over them."
So this is currently not possible.

Hi all,
We had a flow that transfers customers to a Group voicemail, which works just fine, but how can we disable/change the default system prompt "Please leave a message after the tone, and after you are done, please hangup" (or something along those lines).
If we upload a "greeting" prompt to the group, it will be play, but the default prompt will still play afterwards. Any way to disable or change this default behavior?
