Interesting question. I noticed last week my default phone is not being saved using webrtc. Thought for sure it would be a local Chrome issue. How can we troubleshoot this issue. I also like the idea of centrally managing webtrc default phones.

I believe the settings are store in the cloud, within a DB service.
