    Hi,

    Could you please confirm if Genesys cloud communicate mobile allows ACD interactions (voice - inbound and outbound) ?? or is it just for internal collaboration calls?

    No - the communicate app doesn't allow agents to go on/off queue or be routed ACD calls. 

    I do remember an app on the app foundry called "mobile office" and I think it had this functionality though
