This API will set the default station: /api/v2/users/{userId}/station/defaultstation/{stationId}
SCIM does not have a mapping for Default Phone.
I checked the CLI and the User List does not show Default phone, but I suppose if the API supports it, you could use a JQ command with GC to set the default phone if you have a phone named similar to user name.

- An Agent can 'Select' the required phone from their Agent interface, but doesn't appear that they can set their own 'Default' phone unless they have access to the Administration interface.
- A Supervisor can set the 'Default' phone for the Agent via the Administration interface, but can't 'Select' a specific phone.
So my questions ...
- Is it possible for an Agent to set their own 'Default' phone (other than above)?
- Is it possible to set the Default phone, either via AD Sync or via the bulk import template?
- We had an issue with a customer this morrning where multiple users at different sites lost their selected phone setting, and had to manually re-select; would the setting of the 'Default' phone assist this issue?
