Hi!
Buiding my first email flow. Email is received by agent, but when he press Reply, customer email address is not set in To: field. Instead it shows "Search profiles" , however profile has been automatically added and verified during incoming pop-up.
How to auto-populate customer email adress into To: field?
Such effect is somehow dependant on sender's email - for some senders during reply To: field is filled in automatically, but for some - no.
