Hi All,

We have always deployed on-premise Edges with our own SBCs/Carrier but are for the first time deploying BYOC Cloud.

From reading the help information for this solution it is unclear on the media configuration.  The help site notes:

Note: Call signaling and media are handled by separate services for resiliency and scaling purposes. The media IP addresses provided by the Session Description Protocol will be different than the signaling IP addresses

So two questions:

1: Are there additional IP addresses that PureCloud will use for the media traffic, if so do we know what they will be?

2. What IP ports does the media traffic use and can these be configured in the trunk?

Yes after further testing we believe the BYOC Cloud trunks use the same media as WebRTC phones:

So the destination IP/DNS will be:

Owner	Domain	Region	Description
PureCloud	*.mypurecloud.com *.usw2.pure.cloud	North America	Provides the PureCloud interface for users and admins; domains are region-specific and each PureCloud organization exists within only one region. Entities with multiple organizations may be deployed in various regions.
	*.mypurecloud.com.au	Australia & New Zealand
	*.mypurecloud.ie *.mypurecloud.de	Europe
	*.mypurecloud.jp	Japan
	*.ininpcv.com	North America	Provides voice and configuration services for PureCloud Voice phones. (PureCloud Voice customers only). This domain is legacy and not used for new customers.
Amazon AWS†	*.cloudfront.net	All	Provides static content for PureCloud applications.
	*.s3.amazonaws.com *.s3.{region}.amazonaws.com where {region} is the domain for your particular region.	All	Provides S3 download links.
