  • 1.  Scheduled exports no longer working?

    Hey all,

    I'm an avid user of scheduled exports to get data to my email for processing, but it seems in the last week that these exports have not been working...

    Anyone else had issues?

    Also, it seems that many of mine are past the 100 day limit and I cannot re-confirm the schedules to reset the counters.

    And finally, do we know if the limit of scheduled exports will be increased soon?

    Hi Andrew.

    We haven't spoken since the old Ava ya days...

    In relation to your issues with scheduled reporting, I haven't  noticed any problems on our systems or customers systems.
    Perhaps you could try and create an new report and see if that comes through, this may give you some more clues.

    Hi Mark,

    It has been a long time!

    In the end I found a way of fixing the issue - you have to turn the schedule off and then confirm it and that resets the counter.

    Last nights run worked so all good now!
