Hi All -
We are migrating an existing Customer to Genesys Cloud, along with the migration of corporate users from Skype For Business to MS Teams. MS Teams integration is in place and working as expected, and we have migrated two groups successfully so far.
One group in UAT discovered that, when calling from WebRTC to Skype, we get one-way audio (Genesys -> Skype), but not the other way. It appears (from Wireshark) that the RTP stream from the SFB Front End is arriving at the internal interface of the Genesys Edge, however the Genesys user still can't hear the Skype for Business media.
All other call scenarios work ok; that is:
- Genesys <-> Internal
- Genesys <-> external PSTN
- Genesys <-> MS Teams
Anyone seen this behaviour?
