    Christian, This is done via the 'Sort Criteria' on the 'Contact List' tab of the campaign configuration. Thanks, Sean

    hi sean, 

    is it possible to make the dialer select - agent owned call backs followed by- fresh data which has not been even dialled once followed by campaign wide call back .
