  • 1.  Seeing interaction attributes in log files

Hi, folks. Is there any way in CIC 3.0 to force interaction attributes (both system set and custom set) to be written to one of the CIC trace log files once the interaction is disconnected, so they can be viewed using ininlogviewer application. If so, which trace file should I search for them in? Thanks in advance

You should create handler which is triggered by the system when the call disconnects. To do that use: handler initiator Call Monitor Initiator Notification Event value to CallDisconected. Create rest of the handler to collect all attributes and write then to the ININ log with the Write Trace Message. You could also write the attributes to the text file, it is easier to find it and read it.

Thanks for your response, Marko. I've found that in the statserver.log the interaction attributes that are mapped to the call detail log are also showed one by one once the interaction is finished. That is what i was looking for.
