Hi I had setup up a system with cic version 2.4 on ISA cards. the cards in the system are 1. MSI SC global 2. D/320SC 3. d/41 ESC Now the issue is the station side phones does not ring. I tried configuring them as Standalone and also as workstation. Can get voice if the phones are picked up either from station to station calling or from External call landing on station. Seeing a eventvwr message IN_300.prm file not found. Can any one suggest me what can be done. Regards Shravan
