You can also use IceLib to download a recording like this:
var qualityManagementManager = QualityManagementManager.GetInstance(session);
var recordingUri = qualityManagementManager.RecordingsManager.GetExportUri(recordingId, RecordingMediaType.PrimaryMedia, "", 0);
using (WebClient client = new WebClient())
{
client.DownloadFile(recordingUri, downloadFilePath);
}

Subject: Utility or process to convert .i3r to standard wav file
Hi
Hoping someone can provide some more technical details about a task we need to complete on an Interactive Intelligence v3 recording system.
We need to convert all the .i3r files to standard wav files or alternatively we need the .i3r codec used?
What is the options for performing this, are the utilities required to do this licensed from ININ or are they freely available? if so where from?
Noticed people mentioning the Ice Lib, can these be used to convert the files to standard .WAV?
Thanks
