  • 1.  Tracker do not automatically shows contact related items

    hi i am working on tracker for IC 4.0 su1 i added the new Related Items view in the interaction client specified for tracker, but it don't display required info from it at any time that i make a call to a registered contact, also i cant add notes to any call since the related item page is grayed. i can add contacts, locations and organizations also search them and find related interactions after searching them on the interaction client Tracker menu.     did you turn on the tracker private and public rwp in contact manager configuration?
