Abandoned calls from queue in real time

    I'd like to report on the no of abandoned calls at a queue level in real time. is there any SQL query that can give me this? or any icelib function I can call? I've worked out the queries to report on the number of answered calls in the queue, and the no of flow outs, but Abandoned seems to be not so apparent. I will be reporting on this after the interaction has ended. Thanks for your help. Rita
