I've been searching for a simple report to give me the First Log in time "Available" - the time the agent left for lunch - the time the agent went back into available after lunch and the time the agent selected "gone home". I want to shecdule it to run daily. I need a report for timesheets and looking through the canned reports I either have to run 3 reports for each individual daily or one report that shows detail and is already up to over 200 pages. Any suggestions?
