Hi all- I'm new to II and familiarizing myself with all the reporting options. Ideally I'd like to be doing most reporting through saved Interaction Report files, but the existing packages are not as flexible as i'd like (ie, to be able to filter Interaction Surveys to only display completed surveys). I've had a look at the i3rpt files that the reports generate, and it looks like you can't filter by anything that isn't already identified as filterable in the package/report assistant - is this the case? I'd sooner avoid crystal if possible! Thanks, any advice welcome David
