Hello, We are working with IC3.0 and we were customized conference calls with Conference Rooms in our handlers. When some party wants conference call, need to call some number on IVR and then need to type password for entering the Conference Room. Other party also need to call same number, type the password and when in the Conference Room is more than one party, then the Conference Call was started and we got Conference ID. Al this is working fine, but these calls were not recorded. We couldn't find way to make some policy, and now we are trying to enable recording in handlers. Recorder Call Tool can't record Conference ID. Can someone give us some advise how to enable recording and how to that recordings be visible in ICBM? Thank you!
