I think, I am not the only one, who is asking this question, but nevertheless, I have not found any posts on it: if there is any tool, which allows to import/sync existing customer's contact database into Tracker's database? A lot of customers have an existing contact databases and it is a huge job for agents to import it manually (let's say, it is the worst solution I can provide for them). Any automated solution is appreciated. Alex.

Hi, Alex. There is a Tracker Import Wizard available on the ININ Marketplace. It is available for 3.0 and 4.0. I could not find any good description of database used in tracker. I am trying to synch databases. Anyone knows where can I find this info?? Regards

Many years ago Interactive Intelligence made a conscious decision not to document the Tracker portion of the IC database.
