Does anyone know if this can be used to get a list of interaction ids that are tied to the ConversationId?

I can't believe it took me so long to find this, but for anyone that cares, a list of interactionIds from a conversationId is available on the InteractionSegmentDetail table.

Where can I find the InteractionSegmentDetail table?

It's on the CIC database.

Hi Rasko 

I am currently looking to develop a unique case ID or identifier number for each email I receive, but I have not yet found the solution. I was also exploring the option of generating a GUID, but I have not been successful.
