Wrap Up Codes on Callback Interactions & Calls

    2015 R2 I am having an issue after implementing Wrap Up codes on our system. On direct ACD calls all is well. It is when the call comes in as a part of the callback process the issue presents. A wrap Up code dialog box pops up for the disconnect of the actual call interaction and then again when the callback interaction disconnects. Is there any way to have it present for true call interactions only and not for the callback interaction or to otherwise address this issue? Thank for any information that may be provided.
