We have configured email notifications on several "generic" voicemail boxes so that customers may leave a voicemail. Our CRM team would like to route these emails from the IC Voicemail Notification email directly to a case within the CRM tool. The tool (RightNow) allows incoming emails to be routed based on sender and subject. All of our emails come from the same sender and have the same subject "IC Voicemail: Voicemail Notification."
I don't see any controls for email subject in the client configuration; is it possible to modify the email subject for voicemail notifications from IC?
