    Is it possible to have a wrap-up code for DID calls? 2015 R4 Polycom phones

    You can ring all the DID's to a workgroup with categorization for each user based on the DID and then put the wrap-up on the workgroup.

    Wrap-up codes are specifically associated with workgroups, so the call has to be on a workgroup queue for the wrap-up code behavior to be in effect.
