We are looking to implement a chat helper that will pop a floating window when a customer spends too much time on a specific page. Using the existing CSS and chat implementation we can pop a second window but not a floating window in the existing page. It looks like we need to rebuild the CSS and some of the javascript to do this. Has anyone done this? Is there there a place to buy something like this?
