Hi All Please i need an assist with an issue in Sip line configuration with external voice gateway, when trying to call from workstation registered on CIC to another workstation registered on the voice gateway workstation , we get an error with (remote disconnect/488:sip - Not acceptable here) & (Disconnected - not reached) while when trying from the workstation registered on the gateway to the workstation registered on CIC, the call is initiated. Hello Khaled , This means that the Voice gateway refuses the connection , usually issues like this is coming due to wrong configuration with the SIP Trunk between the CIC and Voice Gateway. Check the SIP Trunk Configuration at the Voice Gateway. If this didn't help a lot , please try to get some more details about the issue or read the Log files. Thanks, Aly Nofal
