    Hi Everyone, Need help understanding the following call log, as I've never seen "Sent to multiple stations" before.
    CDeallocator::PerformDeallocations : 11:22:00: Initializing 11:22:00: Offering 11:22:00: ANI: 11:22:00: DNIS: 11:22:00: Call answered 11:22:00: Entered Workgroup CompanyOperator 11:22:00: Offering 11:22:00: ACD Skills Added: Operator 11:22:00: ACD interaction assigned to Jerome 11:22:00: ACD - Alerting: Jerome 11:22:00: Sent to user Jerome 11:22:00: Offering 11:22:00: Sent to multiple stations 11:22:00: Sent to multiple stations 11:22:00: Alerting 11:22:05: Connected 11:22:29: Held 11:24:25: Entered Workgroup HR 11:24:25: Sent to user Sheina 11:24:25: Connected 11:26:57: Held 11:27:49: Connected 11:30:25: Disconnected [Local Hang Up] [Context Attribute 'Thread Name']: Worker [Context Attribute 'Dispatcher Job Key']: QueueManager [Context Attribute 'Ctx Attrib 1']: 1002733205
    I confirmed with Jerome that he hit the consult button, but he has no idea how and why the calls got sent to multiple users. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

    If you have shared line appearances set up on the extension that was dialed when the system sends the alert to multiple stations you will have that entry in the call log. I can't remember if monitored appearances within the client also display this way.

    When a supervisor has an agent as a monitored appearance it shows the "Sent to multiple stations" as well. Kind of scary/confusing the first time you see it. :cool: Thanks, Andrew
